La Casa di Anna '80

Casa di Anna nasce negli anni 40. Incastonata tra i vicoli del borgo, fa da cornice alla piazzetta che gode di parcheggio libero e di una storica fontana. La casa è di circa 50 mq,ha tutto ciò che serve ed è composta da un'ampia e luminosa camera da letto (matrimoniale+divano letto).Una cucina con zona pranzo,un angolo cottura e divanetto. Bagno completo con doccia. Dal terazzino tra un caffè o un aperitivo si possono ammirare i calanchi di Aliano e respirare la tranquillità del centro storico.

Torre Alta: antica dimora in pietra con vista mare

L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Villa Franca è ubicata a circa 850 metri di altitudine e si affaccia su una balconata sulla Valle del Mercure cerchiata da est a sud dalla catena del Pollino.
