Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
