Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

The Basswood Cabin is a dog-friendly cabin with a kitchenette, 2 BR (one queen and bunk beds), and sleeps 3 comfortably. The Mill Creek Cabins experience is quite unique and special. As you arrive, you'll pass wineries, the beautiful Finger Lakes (either Seneca or Cayuga), Amish buggies, and finally you'll find the Cabins among the Finger Lakes National Forest. Check-in is a breeze and you'll notice that you are one of only three groups who are enjoying the property. You'll start your evening

Welcome to "Sunset Paradise”! A 4 bedroom, 2 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features a fully screened in porch, upper and lower decks, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, 1 boat lift, & 1 PWC lift. Fish off the dock, float on a tube (we can rent ours!), relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle in the 2 kayaks provided for use.
