La Lisa is a traditional farm house that has been wisely restored. It is surrounded by Tuscan countryside hills, in a quiet, out of time atmosphere. At the same time it is well connected with the A1 motorway and the highway Siena – Perugia (6 km). A large yard with a barbecue and pizza oven, is ideal for evenings under the stars. There's also a tavern with kitchen, living and dining room can host up to 30 people. During warm season enjoy the HEATED POOL equipped with loungers and umbrellas.

Il casale "S. Stefano" è ubicato in zona collinare, nel Comune di Monte Santa Maria Tiberina (PG), al confine tra Umbria e Toscana. È circondato da ampi spazi verdi e boschivi ed è dotato di piscina. Completamente ristrutturato, con caratteristici tetti con travi in legno e pianelle a vista, l’edificio è molto antico: in passato il casale aveva annessa la chiesa parrocchiale di S. Stefano, da cui prende il nome e le cui mura perimetrali esistono tuttora. Il casale è dotato di 2 appartamenti.

La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
