The living area is open plan with T.V. & Wi-Fi throughout. There is a twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom and Bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The barn has private off-road parking for two vehicles and a Patio for you to enjoy the stunning views.

The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Downstairs is tiled throughout, ideal if you arrive a bit damp and great if you're bringing a dog! Well equipped kitchen and a piano!
