Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. Welcome to our downtown Airbnb, a historic gem that has stood since 1890. We've crafted a space with vibrant touches, ensuring your stay is as delightful as the rich history right outside. Our BNB is an open concept studio, with a full kitchen, one queen bed, a pullout bed that sleeps two, full bath, and full size washer and dryer. As you explore the down town area just outside the BNB, you'll discover an array of fantastic restaurants, excellent shopping, and just 3 blocks from the UCM campus.

This luxury apartment is special because it’s in good location and a safe area. Everything you need is walking distance! You are minutes away from coffee shop, hair salon, restaurants, nightlife/ bars, gym, banks, shopping, pharmacies and Amtrak train station. The apt is located on the 2nd level. You must walk up a steep flight of stairs to access (see picture). Our nice kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals while interacting with your family and friends. 1 king and 1 queen bed.

Using some of the old items found in the building, this level entry apartment is the perfect place for two. (A 3rd person can be accommodated with a rollaway sleeper.)
