The Boathouse Cottage is a cozy studio cottage with a deck overhanging Sebec Lake. Think elevated “glamping” experience! The studio cottage boasts a common room with queen bed w/linens and small sitting area with a full futon. Quaint bathroom with shower comes supplied with towels. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes and utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. Furnished porch has tabletop Webber grill with fuel. Shared dock and fire pit. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom.
