The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

Heather Hideaway is a cosy annexe. It’s completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. No shared spaces. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a convenience store 200m away. Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approx. 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, easy access to the Southwest coast path. Pets are welcome for a fee.

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- the price per night now includes Airbnb customer charge per night. Previously this was added on when booking. The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It is situated on a private road on the west side of Seaton just off the South West coast path.
