This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Immaculate house. Everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is complete in every way. There is a large deck with patio furniture and new BBQ. There is one security camera located in the front yard.
