The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". The Goebel House was built in 1921 by the Gus Goebel Family. The current owner is also a Goebel and considers the house family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Includes a back yard patio and large covered front porch. Nestled near downtown Bellville, Texas, The Goebel House is 20 minutes from Brenham and 35 minutes from Round Top.

This memorable place will make forever memories ! Swim in a 90,000 gallon 12’ foot deep pool with grotto/ slide, monster spa, swim up bar, two outdoor kitchens. “30 acres” for this homestead.
