Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. Foot shower, outdoor sink, seating area, etc. We spend time in CA and stay in the house located on the front of the property. We are available to assist you as needed. Love the access to restaurants, shops, grocery store, beach and bay. Amazing walking area! Fabulous free events year round - music, art, children's events, food and beverage festivals, etc. You do not need a car. Long Beach transit system is excellent. Buses can be accessed on 2nd street (half a block away) and water taxi is available from the Granada Boat Launch (on Ocean Avenue). Favorite Restaurants: Casual: Simzy's, Tavern on 2, Michaels Pizzeria (Naples), Taco Surf, Super Mex, Angelo's Deli, Chucks on Ocean (for Breakfast), Baja Fish Tacos (opening in September). Nicer/More Upscale: Michaels (Naples), Nick's on 2nd, Sushi on Fire, Boubouffe (reasonable for caliber of food), Creperie, Open Sesame, etc. Coffee: Peets, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Roma di Aroma, Starbucks, etc. Other area restaurants: Starling Diner (B/L) on 3rd and Belmont, At Last Cafe (2nd/Orange), Lola's (on 4th), Potholder (on Broadway), Christy's (on Broadway), Cafe Piccolo (on Broadway) Belmont Shore is a vibrant and friendly neighborhood where walking is the preferred method of transportation. Try many of the wonderful nearby restaurants in Belmont Shore, Naples and Belmont Heights, spend the day immersing yourselves in fun water activities by the beach, and partake in one or more of the many cultural and music events that occur year round.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
