A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Staying here you will benefit from the sea views and being next to a Nature Reserve, with amazing countryside walks on your door step. The house is well furnished, with good Wi-Fi and central heating throughout. Newhaven’s stoney beach is backed by chalk cliffs, and the start of the iconic Sussex Seven Sisters is a short drive away. Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne are all within a 30-minute drive/train/bus. The nearest supermarket is 10 minute drive, just outside Newhaven town centre.

This deluxe, dedicated two-bedroom accommodation is light, fresh and airy. A great base to relax in the garden and games room or explore Sussex, Kent and beyond. Situated is in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely country walks on your doorstep. Also you are within easy driving distance of Ashdown Forest, the South Downs the coast, the Bluebell Railway and several National Trust properties. Buxted train station, offers easy access for shopping in the local town and is a direct line to London.

Self-Contained Garden Lodge

This wonderful lodge is located in the 'Sunshine Coast' of East Sussex. The property is bright, clean and spacious and located at the back of the owner's large garden. It has its own pathway along the side of the owner's house, and is completely self contained and private. However, hosts are nearby at the top of the garden if needed. Beautiful views of the South Downs are visible from The Lodge. It's the perfect place from which to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding area.

Starnash Farmhouse Accommodation

Starnash is a cosy farmhouse on 3 acres of land; the east side is self-contained for 8 guests. A shepherd’s hut in the garden can be hired separately (when available) for 2 more people, so we can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. If you’re looking to get away and be just off the beaten track then Starnash is the place for you. Here you are surrounded by nature & birdsong and within a few miles of beaches, woodland walks, the South Downs AONB, quirky villages and vibrant towns.

The Brambles, Peacehaven - self contained house

The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 19 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. With two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner and a conservatory that has a south facing garden. The décor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs. Brighton is 7 miles from Peacehaven, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds

In the heart of Seaford's lively conservation area with cafes, galleries, restaurants, independent shops & pubs. 300m from the railway station. Two minute walk to beach and onto Seaford Head, Cuckmere Haven and Seven Sisters. Free on street parking nearby. Relax in the sauna and cinema room. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and spacious living room. Secure cycle store and walking boot rack. Newly restored and perfect for 4-6 people or a family.

The Garden Room

This large double room is beautifully decorated and offers guests the benefits and charm of the Walled Garden. The Garden Room is a three minute walk away from the Tiger Inn and village green, but within the surroundings of the Holiday Cottages and walled Garden. The en-suite bathroom has a shower but no bath. We are not able to have dogs in our B&B rooms at the Tiger Inn. However they are welcome in our holiday cottages.

A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property. Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.
