It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The two bedroom lower unit comes with modern appliances, tv, wifi, and a patio.

Hike our 10 acres of trails next door on our glamping grounds, including a fishing pond Your secluded spot is right in the middle of wine country and state Forest trails

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

With the wine trail at your finger tips. If your a family of 4(5 with an infant) look no futher this is the place to stay we have a Queen sofa bed that is located in the open kitchen living room.(with a prviate bathroom and laundry area) your kids won't want to leave after you check out the backyard.

Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
