Ich bin Andreas und lebe mit meiner Frau Nana und unseren Kindern in diesem Haus oberhalb des Wörthersees in Kärnten. Wir vermieten das Apartment im Erdgeschoß, das wir mit viel Liebe pflegen. Wir haben dieses Haus, das meine Großtante in den 1960erJahren erbaut hat während der letzten zwei Jahre renoviert und erweitert, um hier zu wohnen und Gästen weiterhin die Möglichkeit zu geben, diesen wunderschönen Ort zu genießen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Ihr Gäste in unserem Apartment werdet!

Beautifully furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind and all of the facilities and mod-cons you would expect, the apartment offers everything you need for a quiet and very comfortable stay in Slovenia. It's away from the noise and crowds, but at the same time close to everything. It's a perfect place to stay while you're visiting Lake Bled, Triglav National Park or Slovenian Alps! The apartment has a private entrance, balcony, and private terrace/patio and part of the garden.

Entspannt auf der Terrasse, im Whirlpool (April – Oktober) oder plant an der Feuerschale euren nächsten Ausflug. Dank der zentralen Lage sind Seen, Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Room 47 offers you private 1st floor of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom and big balcony with sunbeds and amazing mountain view. You are the only guest in the house. In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Tourist tax is not included in the price.
