Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. Mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting. Air conditioning throughout the house.

There is a trailhead to some great hiking in the quiet woods behind the Cabin. Located just 20 min. from Cooperstown and 15 min. from Oneonta, convenient to Dreams Park, Baseball Hall of Fame, and skiing!
