Soak in the Sleek, Freestanding Tub at a Chic Former Stables

We love our house and think you will too. Through the last 4 years, the "stable house" has undergone a major transformation with the love of the history of the house in mind. You will find old beams on the first floor and giant windows in the kitchen and lounge/study from when the house was used as stables. All mixed in with a hyper-modern kitchen and spa-feel bathrooms. The house consists of a kitchen with seating space for up to 8 people, a lounge/study with room for two extra beds (with high-quality mattresses), a living room with a bio-fireplace and a bedroom with a "walk-in" closet. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms in the house. One at ground level with a rain-fall shower and an ensuite in the bedroom area on the first floor with bathtub and shower. The first floor is very open space and a real New Yorker vibe to it. There's a great sound system throughout the house with speakers in every room (even the bathrooms). Most of the decor is specially made and was recently featured in Residence Magazine 2019. We love to travel the world and know how big a difference the little details makes. That's why you'll find bathrobes, soft towels, snacks, wine and a personal guide of our favorite restaurants and places to hang out. We plan to travel when guests stay at our house but won't be further away than a phone call. We have close family living in the city who knows the house very well and can be called in if you face any difficulties. We also have a great community and lovely neighbours – by all means stop for a chat :) This calm retreat is located right by the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen on a peaceful one-way street. Østerbro is a great area on the border of Nørrebro and the inner city, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and sights. We have our own parking lot if you come to Copenhagen by car. If not you'll find public transportation only 2 minutes from the house.

Beautiful luxury 1904 villa, near Stockholm city

A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

Upscale Hellerup Family Home Near Beach and Forest

Take a nap in the hammock before a drink on the rooftop terrace and a BBQ on the garden terrace, with a swim in the sea to end the day. Younger visitors will love the trampoline and garden plays. The roomy, color-filled interior is typically Scandinavian. Luxurious and cosy villa just 6 km north of Copenhagen center. 300 meters from a forest and 600 meters to a nice beach. The house is decorated in a nice and typical Scandinavian light way with a great garden to it. There you'll find trampoline, playhouse and other childrenfriendly facilities. And of course a hammock, grill and laid back facilities for the adults. We have two friendly cats. The area is very safe and the most exclusive in CPH. You can take both bus and train to the center. They leave close by. Grocery, café, restaurant etc are very close by as well. The house is 180 squaremeters. This luxurious villa is just 6 kilometers north of the center of Copenhagen and 600 meters to an attractive beach. Forest walks start closer still. Stores, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, while trains and buses for the city are within easy reach. Free parking in front of the house. Bus and trains nearby.

Boho Apartment Across from the Opera and Old Riga

Choose books from a collection and sink into a long velvety couch to read. Intentionally unfinished walls and stripped woodwork create a casual and arty vibe. High ceilings with original moldings are reminders of the building's historic pedigree. Apartment is filled with artwork, and furniture we have picked around the world. It is very personable. We do have a music club in the basement of our building, so Friday and Saturday nights can get noisy. It is on the Embassy Row, bordering Old Town, with a view of Opera House. Explore 2 nearby parks, and stroll along city canal across the street.
