Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Fräscht Attefallshus på 25 m2 i lugna Sävedalen, 15 minuters bussresa från Göteborgs Centralstation. Huset består av allrum med pentry och bäddsoffa, ett sovrum, badrum och bastu. Idealt för upp till två vuxna och två barn. Uteplats med morgonsol. Parkering finns. Värden bor i bostadshuset på tomten och finns ofta tillgänglig för frågor. 5 min promenad till mataffär och 20 min till köpcentrum Allum. 100 MB WiFi. Här kan du verkligen rå om dig själv, men saknar du något finns hjälpen nära.

Smartlås med kod för öppna/stänga Det tar ca 10-15 minuter att ta sig till Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium eller Liseberg. Till Liseberg är det exakt 1000 meter promenadvägen.

Excelent for 1-2 people for a short or a longer stay Fully equipped house and you'll live comfortably 15 minutes, by bus or car, from central Gothenburg. Close to Landvetter flygplats - 20 min by car. Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi or have a work week on the west coast. Park the car in the driveway and take the bus. Bus stops nearby with good connections to town

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Gegend direkt am Meer. Ruhig und schön mit viel Licht. Den ganzen Tag Sonne. Privater Parkplatz mit Platz für Auto. Schöne große Terrasse mit größerem Tisch und Grill. Darüber hinaus eigene kleine private Treppe auf den Berg für die letzte Abendsonne mit Liegestühlen. Zu Fuß 2 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn, die Sie in 20 Minuten in die Stadt bringt. In die Nähe liegt Saltholmen und da nehmen Sie die Fähren zu den südlichen Schären.

Mysig lägenhet i villa med egen ingång och utsikt över trädgård och skog. Passar dig som vill bo lugnt och naturnära men samtidigt ha närheten till stan. Promenadavstånd till skog och vackra strövområden, flera badsjöar och Partille golfklubb. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar (kan hyras för 200kr/vistelse och meddelas då i förväg). Pga städning ej fungerat har vi nu återinfört en städavgift så ansvarar vi själva för städningen. Möjlighet till laddning av elbil.
