Peaceful and Sparkly Clean! Grateful Cottage

I love hosting guests at my home and the reviews say it all. King bedroom with new memory foam mattress. You have a bar fridge/ freezer for your drinks, toaster,microwave, electric tea kettle and Kuerig coffee maker. No kitchen, bathroom sink is for washing. Great back deck with umbrella. Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. (16th St) We live on 12th. 420 & LGBTQ friendly.

Treehouse called the Fire Tower

This tree house, also named, “ The Fire Tower” was custom built 40+ ft off of the ground on the highest point of a 200+ acre farm in Jackson, Georgia. A mile and a half back in the woods you will hear nothing but the calming sounds of nature. The Fire Tower is ideal for a couple whom is looking for a break and some much needed relaxation. Complimenting the Fire Tower is a King Sized bed, sound system, Satellite TV, kitchenette, garden tub/ Rain Fall Shower, Gas Grille, Hot tub and SO MUCH MORE!

Boho Glamping paradise on the marsh minutes away from the Historic District and Thunderbolt fishing village at an Old Dairy. Art studios, horses, gardens, and 5 miles of walking trails await under magical oaks and cinematic backdrops. More wildlife sanctuary than neighborhood, with all the conveniences of a condo. Lounge on hammocks and swings, have morning coffee with a corral full of horses, get lost on the marsh bird watching, practice yoga, have a fire, and take a romantic couples shower.

The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Location: This getaway is located on the Middle Oconee River. Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood - close to all of the Athens culture! A short drive will get you anywhere in town. Nature: Wildlife has been spotted on the property - maybe you'll spy them! Access: Space has coded entry via keypad. STAIR CLIMBING REQUIRED

Detached guest suite (45" Smart TV with YouTubeTV ) with full bathroom. Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen(microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. . Separate entrance from the house. 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches(Kiawah-24 miles or Folly Beach-16 miles ). Burchs Carriage House

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided. BBQ grill also. 2 stalls with paddocks. 12 x 12 and 10 x 12. Rooms are as they would be at your own home, separate from each other. See photo 13.
