Perfect "live like a local" spot. Four blocks from legendary Forsyth park, 2 blocks from the grocery store, and 3-4 blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. I lived here as a bachelor for about 2 years. It's the perfect blend of historic Savannah and modern style and convenience (granite counter tops and a 2 person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom).
