Wee Housie is comfortable and charming, with a fireplace (and central heating and hot water!), featuring 2 bedrooms (one queen and 2 twin beds), 1 bath with a claw foot tub, and an outdoors hot tub and shower. Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil. Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.
