There is no additional charge to use the on-site facilities. Please note that guests need to bring own bedlinen and towels.

They are classed as mobility friendly with a separate entrance at the rear of the accommodation on a flat surface, and an allocated parking space next to the rear entrance. As well as the access at the rear of the accommodation, these villas have an entrance at the front of the accommodation. They have a fully equipped kitchen, living space, and dining area. They also have fantastic sea views and come with a private veranda. (please note there is an additional fee for pets).

Backing onto the Kipling Tors with superb views of Bideford Bay, these cosy villas have full central heating throughout. They have an open plan kitchen, dining and a living space. Holdstone Cottage is pretty, charming, and very comfortable for a small family or two couples. It is a detached stone cottage that sits on a wonderful small resort within a glorious extensive estate and with access to brilliant communal facilities and activities. Holdstone Cottage faces a triangular courtyard with two of the other resort cottages close to the swimming pool building. It comes with a small private garden perfect for alfresco dining and star gazing.

Courtlands Seaside Villa, 6 Bedroom, Ilfracombe

Enter this beautifully presented property via the porch where you have room to store hats and coats as well as welly boots. There are two cosy reception rooms to sit back and enjoy Sky TV. There is a beautiful kitchen with panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy a drink or two at the dedicated bar area. The elevated house overlooking Ilfracombe comes with 6 large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a luxury master suite with a bath tub and WC. Dogs also welcome.
