The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Podere Vergianoni è un antica e autentica casa colonica risalente al 1600 situata nelle splendide colline del Chianti in Toscana . L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

Unsere Villa befindet sich am Ortseingang von Chianni (Pisa) und wurde 2023 aus ursprünglichen, natürlichen Materialien wie Ziegel, Naturstein und Holz gebaut. Drei stilvolle Studios (1 davon in Privatnutzung von mir und meinen beiden Hunden), mit moderner Ausstattung, sowie ein Pool entstanden. Mit je 1 SZ mit Doppelbett, 1 BZ und 1 WZ mit Schlafcouch und voll ausgestatteter offener Küche, sowie gemütlichem Wohn- und Essbereich, laden beide Studios auch zu längeren Aufenthalten ein.

Casa Michelangelo is a fully restored 4 bed, 2 bath stone cottage with a loft & free parking. There is a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, including a hand crank pasta maker, clothes washer, heating and AC. Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.
