sita in campagna :a 3km dal mare di marinella, 15 km dalla versilia 2 km zona archeologica di luni,6 km sarzana con possibiltà treno per le cinque terre, a 15 km cave di carrara venti km per lunigiana e garfagnana , a 15 km le apuane per escursioni 50 km da pisa e lucca 100 km firenze genova e parma. con parcheggio privato e giardino per mangiare fuori,arredato con mobili antichi,casa fresca d'estate e riscaldata con stufa a pellet in inverno ma il costo del pellet non è compreso.

La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere il golfo di La Spezia con le sue perle Lerici e Portovenere e le vicine Cinque Terre. Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un grande spazio esterno dedicato ai nostri ospiti attrezzato con forno e barbecue per piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il suo interno è composto da un'ampia sala con camino, divano letto e ampia vetrata, una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno con doccia , ripostiglio e una piccola ma attrezzatissima cucina.
