Private back yard patio with large driveway in the back for parking and a grill and fire pit. Plenty of room to enjoy outside activities. Bathroom is beautiful and also a washer and dryer. There is a front deck with views of the lake. Kitchen has a gas range. Fully equiped kitchen. High ceilings. Bring your kayak, paddle board or jet ski. There is also rental nearby.

Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Beautiful sunny carriage house on Saratoga's historic east side,with brick floors on the first floor, 4 skylight windows on the second floor . Stained glass windows, tons of wonderful character. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.
