Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

O apartamento situa-se no rés-do-chão da casa. Esta habitação caracteriza-se pela tranquilidade e harmonia com a natureza. É possível praticar caminhadas nas proximidades. Nesta área circundante podemos ouvir um riacho e os pássaros pela manhã. Relaxe nesta escapadela única e tranquila.

Die Villa CASA DO MAR liegt am Meer. Das Haus wurde 2023 neu saniert und verfügt über zwei Etagen mit insgesamt drei Apartments. Alle unsere Apartments verfügen über Meerblick, King Size Betten, einer Küche oder Kitchenette, kostenfreiem WLAN und einer Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Das Haus wurde mit einer moderner Photovoltaik Anlage und einer Wärmepumpe ausgestattet. In den Schlafräumen wurden nach Möglichkeit natürliche Materialien verwendet (z.B. Bettwäsche aus Baumwolle).
