No 1º Piso tem 4 quartos duplos, um deles suite, e uma casa de banho comum, sendo que dois dos quartos têm acesso ao terraço. Conta com jardim com piscina e churrasqueira.

It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.
