It is a Quinta where you can relax under 100 olive trees, cork oaks and fruit trees. The modern studio accommodates a couple and a child with the comfort of country life. It is the ideal place to take a break and relax, with the perfect balance of being close to everything yet far enough away at the same time.

A Quinta das Sesmarias situa-se na periferia urbana da Vila de Alcains, sendo uma propriedade com 3,5ha que mantém as características rurais do início do século XX. A primeira construção data de 1928 e foi recuperada em 2002 sob a forma de uma moradia. O descanso e o bem-estar dos visitantes são assegurados por um ambiente tranquilo em contacto com a natureza.

Recentemente restaurada oferece um ambiente moderno, acolhedor preservando os traços de outros tempos. Tem um jacuzzi com água que pode ser aquecida na varanda panorâmica.
