Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Suitable for families of 4 max 5 peaople, is composed by a big bright lunch room well equipped wich is also kitchen and relax room with air conditioned ad internet wifi. The house has a double room with double bed a d another room with two single beds.. Outside there is a big private courtyard, and a nice roofed verandah where to dine outdoor during the summer evenings.

Incantevole appartamento fronte mare vista unica, a soli 30 secondi a piedi dall'acqua. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di portopaglieto oppure sempre a 5 minuti a piedi la piccola spiaggia della ghinghetta, altrimenti se si è amanti degli scogli proprio fronte casa vi è una bellissima scogliera con accesso all'acqua. l'appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione con vista mozzafiato e finiture di pregio

La casa si trova a 2km dalla spiaggia di Porto Pino e 3km dal paese di Sant’Anna Arresi, raggiungibili anche a piedi o in bicicletta per mezzo della pista ciclabile. È situata al piano terra e composta da: cucina con soggiorno, bagno con doccia, una camera con letto matrimoniale e una con letto singolo nella quale è possibile aggiungere un altro letto. La casa e dotata di zanzariere alle finestre e aria condizionata.
