Das Apartment ist ca. 80 Quadrat Meter groß und befindet sich in einem Gebäude des 16. Jahrhunderts. Es hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer, auf die Inseln Procida und Vivara und auf ein Teil der Phlegräischen Küste, und natürlich auf das Castello Aragonese. Es befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der historischen Altstadt von Ischia Ponte; Geschäfte, Restaurants, eine Apotheke, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, usw. befinden sich alle in der nächsten Umgebung. Das Doppelzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind auf unterschiedlichen Etagen und sind durch wenige Stufen verbunden, außerdem hat die Wohnung auch ein kleineres Einzelzimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzecke, einen Diele und drei Badezimmer, davon eines mit Dusche. Das Apartment verfügt über zwei Eingangs-Möglichkeiten, eine von der Altstadt-Mitte und die andere, über eine schönen Terrasse (ca. 15 qm), direkt von der Aragonese Promenade. Satelliten-Fernsehen (Astra) und italienisches digitales Fernsehen sind vorhanden, sowie Internet und elektrische Heizung. Teil der Ausstattung sind außerdem ein Gasherd mit vier Feuerstellen und Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Fön, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, ausreichendes Geschirr, Küchen-Zubehör und Wäsche. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung besonders ruhig und ist für die Gäste geeignet die, die Schönheiten des Golfs und der ischitanischen Altstadt in einer gemütlichen und gelassenen Atmosphäre genießen möchten. Wenige Schritte von der Terrasse entfernt befindet sich die Mole, wo die kleinen Fischerboote frischen Fisch verkaufen, und Richtung Zentrum, nur 200 mt von dem Apartment entfernt, befindet sich ein antike Bäckerei die täglich aus dem eigenen Holzofen vorzügliches frisches Brot zum Verkauf herausbringt.

The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
