La posizione è riservata, pratica e ben collegata: in circa quaranta minuti d'auto si raggiunge Taormina, celebre per il suo Teatro Antico greco-romano, cornice di spettacoli ed eventi. Oltre il teatro, le scogliere scendono verso spiagge luminose, fino a Isola Bella: una riserva naturale collegata alla terraferma da una sottile lingua di sabbia.

La Casa degli Oleandri si trova all'interno dell'antico Baglio di Borgopetra, costruito nel '700, amorevolmente recuperato e da allora aperto all’ospitalità. All'interno della struttura vi sono altri 3 appartamenti di diverse dimensioni, tutti arredati con gusto, con mobili di famiglia e ricordi dal mondo e si dispongono intorno al cortile interno. Le finestre delle case si affacciano sull’orto e sul giardino, con cascate di gerani, gelsomini, oleandri centenari e il frutteto.

La depandance è situata nel centro storico di Mascalucia, vicino a numerosi ristoranti e a pochi chilometri sia dal parco dell'Etna, distante 20 appena minuti, che dal centro di Catania e da Taormina. Allo stesso tempo si trova in un'oasi verde, all'interno del parco di una villa storica dei primi del Novecento. Alloggio adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie anche con bambini.
