Horses, Farmhouses and France. You'll find these themes woven throughout our accommodation. Extremely welcoming and charming, our first floor 950sq. Ft. space sits below the main house on the west side. . You'll find Pottery Barn linens, upscale decor and authentic barn doors that add a Wow factor. Plenty of fresh pillows and wonderful LATHER amenities. Start and end your day with coffee, then wine, on the patio under the cozy cabana with fire pit! Newly added French Camp room for summer fun!

Our studio has a private entrance with SELF CHECK IN. Our city permit is SVR25-056. We are close to a lovely spot to run, walk or cycle at Paulin Creek Preserve. Grocery stores (including an organic one) and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail outlets are nearby. The views from your private covered deck are serene. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, light, comfy bed, and quiet neighborhood. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

We self-developed our rural property as a secluded retreat with dog-friendly gardens. To share our creation with you, we designed a private 2nd-floor guest suite (ok to bring your good dogs). The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops.
