Un ampio terrazzo con meraviglioso affaccio sul mare, sulla spiaggia e sulle più belle ville di Santa Marinella completa l'appartamento.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Loft in ex-stables of ancient palace

In the heart of historical Rome, close to Portico d'Ottavia and Piazza Venezia, the loft is located in an ancient renovated stable belonging to a XV palace (Palazzo Lovatelli). The loft has been redesigned by an architect and is often the residence of artists who have contributed to the artworks in the loft, and who work for the nearby Street Art Gallery, Galleria Varsi. It is perfect for a family of four or for a couple wishing for a romantic setting for their stay in Rome.

Night zone with double bed (Queen size), kitchen with all the necessary, living-room with sofa-bed and TV, bathroom furnished with towels and soaps, a private garden with table, chairs, a big umbrella and barbeque.A few minutes walk from the sea and excellent seafood restaurants. 8 minutes by car from the airport Leonardo da Vinci, and around 15 minutes from Fiera di Roma. A soli 500 metri c'è il capolinea dei bus Trotta in partenza ogni 30 minuti per l' aeroporto , a 30 metri la fermata bus Cotral per aeroporto Fiumicino , Roma ecc..E' la scelta ideale per chi cerca comfort e praticità.
