3minutes walk from tram to reach in 10minutes S.Maria Novella Station and Airport. Super clean, in a joyful atmosphere, you'll feel pampered! After going around in the crowded downtown you'll have relax and rest in my cozy place with 2king size beds (1in the bedroom,1 in the sofa bed of living room), A/C,heating,bathroom w washing machine/dryer,open space kitchen and living room. In the neighborhood nice typical Tuscany food restaurants,2 big grocery stores. Not allowed smoking, party, animals.

This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.
