We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. The Ranchette at Los Berros

Across the old wooden bridge and nestled between two creek beds lies our quaint ranchette. On this property is our little farmhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen and a cozy living room. Our 1.5 acres boasts lovely landscaping with a grassy area and many nooks which are perfect for relaxing, reading or picnicking. We have 2 Babydoll Sheep on the property, Cash and Lambo, feel free to feed them any fruits or veggies! Sorry, no pets or events allowed

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained
