Our place is in the mountains on the edge of town and National Forest, 1.5 miles from 10,000 Waves Japanese Spa, 10 minutes to the Plaza in the heart of Santa Fe, and 20 minutes to the ski basin with unlimited hiking and mountain biking in between. The house is tasteful, private, quiet, has amazing views, and has easy access to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, and activities. Great for couples, solo or family adventurers, or business travelers. 4X4 recommended in winter, check with us.

Mountain home conveniently located off 1-40 and 15 minutes from Albuquerque. This lovely 900 sq ft mountain view suite has a private entry from the main home. Enjoy a queen size bed with a sitting area overlooking the forest and workstation. A queen size sofa sleeper awaits you along with a large screen TV in the family room. Enjoy the sounds of nature on your patio next to the Cibola National Forest. Deluxe bath with jet tub, mini kitchen/bar, piano, board games, and library are for your use.

The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque

The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

Santa Fe Adobe casita-warmly appointed

Adobe casita-300 sq. ft. Private entrance & parking, biking distance from historic Santa Fe Plaza, washer/dryer, sm. private patio, near two bike paths and Santa Fe River. Can walk to local coffee shop and other restaurants. Santa Fe permit #STR228379 *Note: the only complaints we get are usually older people, who have hotel like expectations. Please be open to unique spaces, know yourself & if u need a hotel. There is a heavy iron gate that needs to be rolled open/closed. Peace. :-)

Artist's casita near Museum Hill

Art filled casita with open concept floor plan which includes a sleeping area, tiny kitchen, a sitting area, and a bathroom. Private entrance, fenced yard with table and chairs, bird feeders, and hammock, off street parking for 2 small cars. With good WIFI and the easy access to nature the casita is a comfortable refuge. I do accept pets, regardless of what it might say elsewhere in this listing. There is a $12 per pet fee per night to be left in cash on departure.

Casa de Luxx: Two Bedroom Wing is a private section of the house with its own entrance located between the Plaza & Meow Wolf. Hot tub, a sauna, and a pool open year round. Includes two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom, office, kitchenette, fire pit & patio. Peaceful with beautiful views. This wing does NOT include a full kitchen, living room, kitchen sink, or sofa. For these, book Casa de Luxx or Casita de Luxx. Tesla/EV charger.
