The house is tasteful, private, quiet, has amazing views, and has easy access to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, and activities. The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque

The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

You will enjoy stunning views of the desert expanse to the south and pine-studded mountains to the north. Close to hiking, outdoor adventures, fine restaurants, museums, sightseeing, cultural activities and all the magic New Mexico has to offer.

Adobe casita-300 sq. ft. Private entrance & parking, biking distance from historic Santa Fe Plaza, washer/dryer, sm. private patio, near two bike paths and Santa Fe River. Can walk to local coffee shop and other restaurants. Santa Fe permit #STR228379 *Note: the only complaints we get are usually older people, who have hotel like expectations. Please be open to unique spaces, know yourself & if u need a hotel. There is a heavy iron gate that needs to be rolled open/closed. Peace. :-)

Bright Studio in the heart of Barrio La Canada. Parks, river trail, 2 miles to downtown plaza and shopping! Co-op grocery store is walking distance as well as cafes & restaurants. Colorful mid-century modern decor with Southwest flair. Full kitchen, WELL equipped for cooking delicious meals, yet perfect if you just want to make coffee in the morning. NOTE: studio has overhead fans, floor and window fans, window coverings and heat for temperature control, but no AC. No TV or cable.

Artist's casita near Museum Hill

Art filled casita with open concept floor plan which includes a sleeping area, tiny kitchen, a sitting area, and a bathroom. Private entrance, fenced yard with table and chairs, bird feeders, and hammock, off street parking for 2 small cars. With good WIFI and the easy access to nature the casita is a comfortable refuge. I do accept pets, regardless of what it might say elsewhere in this listing. There is a $12 per pet fee per night to be left in cash on departure.

Blue Raven Retreat: Mountain Views & Hot Tub

Enjoy your New Mexican holiday on the Turquoise Trail. 25 minutes (by car) from the city center or the villages of Cerrillos and Madrid. This rural, sunny, passive solar home has gorgeous mountain views. The 600 sq. ft. guest suite has a private entrance and patio, its own sunroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private use of the hot tub facing the desert and its beautiful sunsets and night skies. You'll also have access to the outdoor grill, fast wi-fi and dozens of dvds.
