Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Unsere Wohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Es ist sehr geräumig, hell und komfortabel. Ideal für ein paar Tage der Entspannung und Ruhe, sondern ist auch sehr nah an den Sandstrand , wo Sie oder einfach nur spazieren gehen, surfen und die Ansichten von Bajamar und Punta del Hidalgo genießen. Du wirst mein Platz für die Ansichten, die gemütliche Zimmer, Küche, und die Lage lieben. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
