Lovely garden with outside sitting area. 20 minute footpath/walk to beach through green belt and harbor, great restaurants nearby including three at the beach, short drive to downtown for live music and arts. Lots of outdoor activities in the area! Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children under 10.
