Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. Precioso y acogedor apartamento nuevo, luminoso, decorado con mucho estilo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. Consta de dos habitaciones ambas con cama doble de 1'60cm, amplio salón, con sofá convertible en cama doble, 1 cocina, 1 baño y un pequeño patio interior. Hay posibilidad de alquilar una plaza de parking privada a escasos metros del apartamento (10 € x día). El tamaño es para un coche estándar, 4,30cm maximo, en caso de que el coche sea muy largo, o sea una furgoneta no será posible utilizar este parking. o debe consultarlo para buscar otra opción de parkinbg cercano. Si su llegada está prevista después de las 24h el check-in tardío tiene un coste de 20 €. No está permitido fumar dentro del apartamento. Puede fumar en el balcón o patio. Está absolutamente prohibido fumar marihuana, ni siquiera en el balcón o patio. Si se incumple4 esta norma y el apartamento huele a marihuana tendrás que pagar una multa de 100€

Cuenta con 3 habitac. (capacidad para 5 personas): 2 de ellas con 2 camas individuales c/u, que se puede convertir en una cama matrimonial, 1 habitac. con 1 cama doble, y un sofá-cama para dos personas (EXTRA, ver condiciones). Está totalmente equipado y climatizado. El apartamento queda en un segundo nivel; se tiene que subir unas escaleras. La suite cuenta con un sistema de alarma que se desactiva cuando los huéspedes la están ocupando; solo hay un sensor de movimiento dentro del apartamento y una cámara que hace fotos fuera del apartamento que está dirigida a la puerta que da a la calle.
