Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Guest wing with separate entry and private backyard. Free parking. Walk to 3 1/2 mile off-leash beach featuring the Boathouse Restaurant. Off-leash 70 acre nature preserve, one block away. Hypoallergic king size bed in separate room with ensuite bathroom. Futon sofa in living space sleeps one. Partial kitchen; no oven. Coffee machine. Outdoor grill, table and 4 chairs. Beach bag with towels and umbrella. Dogs welcome for no extra fee; no cats. Weekly cleaning/linens on Wednesday.

Enjoy the best of Santa Barbara from this beautiful 1-bedroom guest suite (attached to our house) in the Mesa neighborhood. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this unit is perfect for a nice getaway retreat. We are a short distance (3.5 blocks) from the beach stairs (241 steps); a beautiful bluff-front park (Douglas Family Preserve); Shoreline Park; close to great restaurants; a lovely organic market; and just a short drive (~7 minutes) to State Street and Santa Barbara's famed Funk Zone.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Enjoy the ocean breeze and sunshine at this beautiful 1 bedroom guest suite, located only 1 block from the beach and Shoreline Park. As you walk through the private entrance, you escape into a lush gardened yard with outdoor seating, fruit trees and peaceful sunshine; it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. You're a quick walk to the beach and a 5min drive into the downtown area, this is the perfect home base to enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer.

Downtown Private Gem

My place cute little 1 bedroom apartment offers a prime location in the downtown area close to restaurants, the beach, art and culture, parks, train, movie theaters, wine tasting, beer tasting, cycling, ocean, 4 blocks from Main Street, State St, shopping, etc. You’ll love the convenient location and the outdoor space. The trade off with staying downtown is that at times you may have to park around the corner. Note; there’s a $25 fee to use the sofa bed.

Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Nogmo Farm Studio

Studio with private entrance, bathroom, Queen sized bed, and sleeper sofa. Walking distance to grocery store. 3 min drive to downtown Solvang. 8 min drive to Los Olivos. For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.

The one bedroom apartment is centrally located and nested in the Santa Barbara foothills. It is close to the city center, beaches, hiking trails, shopping, and airport. This apartment is private, quiet, looking out on a lovely garden and orange trees. The living room includes a kitchenette. The bedroom is sunny and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom completes this great vacation rental.

Close to UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Beach and Bacara Resort and Spa. And get to the wine country in a half hour.
