Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.
