In the private house there’s also a very roomy living room with a reversible sofa bed. In the living room there’s a nice fireplace and a 55” inches TV with Netflix connection. There’s also a kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. You will truly enjoy living in this wonderful newly built private guest house. There’s also HS WiFi and it’s own private pathway.

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
