The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. Our home is a magical place with spectacular mountain views. Very close to Alella centre, (2 min drive) and only 15 km from Barcelona centre. The space is the lower floor of our house with its own entrance, it’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with living area and kitchen. (Pool open from June)
