It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home serves as a perfect jumping off place for exploring Greenville, Traveler's Rest (8 min), and our three state parks-- Paris Mountain (8 min), Jones Gap (30 min), and Table Rock (30 min). Welcome to my Cozy studio with a New King bed and a 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

This comfy spacious 800 sqr. ft. apartment is located ¼ mile from both Furman and the Swamp Rabbit Biking Trail, 5 miles to Downtown Greenville and 4 miles to Travelers Rest. The apt. is well furnished with a full kitchen and in a country setting, complete with quiet chickens in the backyard coop. Fresh eggs upon request as a bonus! The apartment is well off the road for a quiet retreat. We have a reserved parking spot for one vehicle. This apartment is smoke-free.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
