Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy cooking on the grill, sharing smores at the fire pit, playing cornhole, taking out our kayaks and paddleboard, fishing, and playing board games!

Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!
