Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

The Pigsty is a cosy contemporary private space for you to relax in the Oxfordshire countryside, yet only 5 miles from the Centre of Oxford. It is in the grounds of a converted barn with shops and pubs nearby offering evening options. Or the TV and broadband will enable you to have a cosy night in. A fresh and tasty continental breakfast will be brought to your door in the morning! There are a variety of walks through woods and fields to explore as well as the many famous local attractions.

A lovey retreat to return to after a day of exploring the busy city and surrounding countryside. There is free off street parking. PLEASE PARK TO THE RIGHT AS YOU COME IN THE GATES.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub.
