Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

You will be staying in your own private penthouse flat on the top floor of this Edwardian Mansion on a private estate with bay views and only 13 minutes away from San Francisco and 45 minutes away from Napa wine country. From the living room you can see the bay outside the 14' panoramic window. There are also chickens on this property so you may even get some fresh organic eggs in the morning.

Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.

All the very best that our "village" has to offer is literally steps outside your door. This includes parks, cafe's, grocery, shops, theatre, restaurants, trails and the town square. My apartment is warm and comfy with an abundance of natural light. The bedroom is beautiful with an extremely comfortable queen size bed. The spacious kitchen will cook up fresh meals from your grocery shop just a block away! High-speed internet. Washer & dryer in the unit!
