The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

The port, from which you can take ferries to visit all the other tourist centers of Lake Como, is a 5-minute walk away. THIS IS A PRIVATE HOUSE, it is not a hotel, I am sharing my house with guests as I use it few weeks during the year. The house is a typical italian house originally built in the years 1700. It has 1 bedrooms available with a double bed , 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a little balcony that you can enjoy in the morning with the sun for breakfast or for your dinner in front the beautiful colors on the mountain and on the lake at dinner.
