Cuenta con una piscina para niños y otra para adultos, posee dos churrasqueras, las cuales pueden ser utilizadas previo acuerdo con el personal de la garita del Condominio, asimismo cuenta con un servicio sanitario privado para el area comun. Areas verdes jardinizadas. La casa posee 3 dormitorios, 1 baño completo y 1 baño de visitas. Capacidad para 6 personas con cocina equipada y un area para trabajar. En conclusión posee todo lo necesario para que su estadia sea agradable y placentera. Posee una terraza con vista al Volcan, a la piscina y con agradables flores; dicho espacio puede ser utilizado para hacer yoga, meditar o leer un libro. Todas las personas son bienvenidas.
