La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Un balcone ad angolo offre la vista della vicina piazza e del torrione del castello aragonese. Il quartiere, storicamente centro del commercio cittadino, è pieno di negozi, bar e pasticcerie. Al vostro arrivo vi accoglieremo nell'appartamento o, se lo richiedete, disporremo un servizio di pick-up nel luogo di arrivo in città.

Dal Centro è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge dell'Isola Bella e Mazzarò. La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, un divano letto, due bagni, aria condizionata, WI-FI gratuito. A vostra disposizione terrazza dove poter pranzare.
